Eric Dusseault is the Assistant Director of Academic Support Programs at the Massachusetts College of Art & Design. In addition to his position with MassArt, Eric is also a PhD student in Higher Education at the University of Massachusetts Boston, and a part-time instructor of Illustrative studies at the Rhode Island School of Design’s Continuing Education Program.

Eric has been a professional in Higher Education for 12 years, and has interests in the development of creative thought, innovation, design, and social justice initiatives in Higher Education. Eric’s previous experiences include working in Student Affairs at the Rhode Island School of Design and the Maryland Institute College of Art. Eric is currently the NACADA Liaison to Rhode Island for Region 1, and serves as one of two Un-Conference chairs for the Region 1 Conference committee. Eric is committed to the development and best practice of professionals in the area and is interested in exploring opportunities that lead to success for individuals.
